Asset Information uses report "Forms" which make up its in-App purchase list.
Select the Form suited to your requirements and you will be guided through relevant details of your inspection methodically and create a full report in whatever field you have chosen.The publishers are software providers, predominantly know in the drainage industry for their CCTV survey reporting program, Viewline 550.
This will go some way to explain why the first Form you see is designed specifically for reporting professionally on manholes and drainage assets.
All data from this App can be used with other systems and additional forms will be added in time.
These will be shown to all users as a Form option to select.
With the App framework in place, we have the capacity to create bespoke Forms tailored to your own product or business specification.

After installation a short animation video loops around with an industrial feel and you will see your:
Login options:An "individual" account will have the facility to upload their own logo and company details.
A Google Mail account is required but is free and gives you 15Gb's of Cloud storage which you can adopt as part of your main business email account.
Or, thanks to modern Cloud platform technology, easily share your reports with your current system straight from Asset Information's own servers.
A "Company" account will have the same facility, but can then add sub accounts which automatically share its logo and details.
The "Company" can see, print, share, email, save or delete any of their "Company users" report projects.
These are held securely on Asset Information servers for access while they exist within the App's "Project" list.
Additional storage is available.
"Company user" accounts link themselves to the "Company" account and adopt the "Company" details in their reports.
They also need a Google Mail account and can be gifted a "Form subscription" (inn App purchase) from the "Company".
The report "forms" are all expected to be around £3.00 per month and can be used as many times as required within the subscription period.
"Company user" device(s) can be located by the latest upload position and are shown on a "Company" account map.
This is dependant on them setting their device to do so, but is a useful tool for reactive planning.

All user accounts have the option to show their report projects on their own Google map with a single touch.
This takes a moment but geo-locates the device you are reporting on and populates coordinates in the report and on the Google map pin.
The "Company" account can see their "Company user" projects and location at the time of uploading.
In any report "Form", you are led through drop down lists, check boxes, text input and will employ device utilities such as its camera and location.
The reports can be generated into PDF, CSV and XML computing files, produced to industry standard formats giving them potential for import into larger database systems.
The projects will save locally and with internet or wifi connected, the project will upload itself to your Asset Information account.
It makes this aspect of condition assessment quick and easy in the field, it saves duplication and is a great way of accessing your report details wherever you are.
